Affiliate Program - Terms and Conditions
 
Enrollment in the Program
To join you must REGISTER AS AFFILIATE HERE. We will then provide you an Affiliate ID and a Link to insert on your site(s). You will also create yourself a USER NAME(email) and a Password where you can always see your earnings analytically by Logging In to your Affiliate Account.

Commission
We Pay Commission Only in case of a Successful Booking(confirmed). Affiliates get credit only from Registered Customers. Commission is 10% on total Rental Cost/Price[NOT including VAT]. For example if a Visitor/Customer (enters site from your Affiliate Site AID=aff99) make a Successful Booking for 10days on Car Group C (on April) price will be
30.50x10-60.10(OFF:20%)=Euro240.40
240.40x10%=Euro24.04
and you will get commission €24.04.
Commission Period
You will get commission for 3 months from time Internet Visitor visited firstly the website[ www.poliscarhire.com ]. After that period cookie expiry and if a visitor re-enter site, you will get commission for another 3 months(always meaning visitor do NOT enters from another site after the 3 months, if enters from other site after the 3mo this other site will get the commission till cookie expiry in 3months).
Payment
If you select payment via PayPal or other Online Money Transfer system, we will accrue and withhold referral fees until the total amount due is at least €150.00. Other Payment Methods may discussed.
Link on Your Site
We provide a link on your site to the home page of the www.poliscarhire.com Site. Link is the type of http://www.poliscarhire.com/index.php?aid=affxxx [where xxx=number from 1 to 999].You may use a text-link or a banner from the images included. This URL appears in your Affiliate Account Administration Area.

Other
We accept WebSites WorldWide but mainly Cyprus related.
We do not accept websites that are pornographic or websites that promote illegal activity of any nature. PolisCarHire has the right to remove and delete any account with such content. We also don't allow visitors to 'bid' on our brand names on advertising networks such as Google Adwords and Overture.
We do not pay commission on any bookings made through adverts which contravene our terms and conditions. The referring source of every booking is checked and verified before any commission is paid.

Privacy
We do NOT share your personal information with 3rd parties/websites/companies.
